Registration
1. REGISTER ONLINE - Register online with no processing fees. When you register online you will actually get a $5 discount per event. Applies only to Ultramax "owned" Events!
2. DOWNLOAD PDF APPLICATION - You can use this single form to sign up for most of the Ultramax Multi-sport Series events. We made is simple in 2008!
The form was made with Adobe Form Creation.
You can use your Adobe Reader application to complete and then print the form automatically.

All
Non-USA Triathlon members will be required to pay an additional $10.00 one-day USA Triathlon insurance
(added automatically to online registrations). Purchase
an annual USAT membership here! If you purchase the annual USAT membership you avoid the one-day fees at all USA Triathlon sanctioned events.

athletes must present a photo ID at registration, and you must pick up
your own packet.
