Aquathlon 2010
The 2010 MiniMax will return as our traditional aquathlon format. There is definitely
a place for healthy competition among our kids, but after a weekend
of stressful schedules, packet pickup, volunteering, racing, etc (for
race staff and MiniMax kids' parents), we just want to have fun!
MiniMax Aquathlon will be a race for kids 5yrs-13yrs. The awards
will be fun and the course will
be a blast to do and to watch.
Race Information
MiniMax is an Ultramax Events race, just for kids! All entrants will enjoy:

NOTE: The 2010 MiniMax Aquathlon Entry will be done at the race site. Sorry we cannot offer advance or online signup this year!
You can register your kids on Saturday or Sunday. See the schedule for times and details!
Divisions
Top 3 Awards will be given in four age group:.
Male and Female - Ages 6 and under
Male and Female - Ages 7-8
Male and Female - Ages 9-10
Male and Female - Ages 11-13
Participants will receive a Finisher Medal
Race Distances
Ages 6 and under - 25 yard swim - .25 mile run
Ages 7 & 8 - 50 yard swim- .5 mile run
Ages 9 & 10 - 50 yard swim - .5 mile run
Ages 11 -13 - 100 yard swim - 1 mile run

Travel, Lodging & Directions
From the East (From St. Louis) take Highway 70 West to the first Wright City exit (Exit 200), and travel south for five miles on Highway F. Drive time from St. Louis Intíl Airport: ~ 40 minutes.
From the West (From Kansas City) take Highway 70 east to the first Wright City exit (Exit 199); turn right at the top of the exit; then left on South Outer Road. Make a right at the stop sign, then a right onto Highway F. Continue south on Highway F for five miles. Drive time from Kansas City Intíl Airport: ~ 3 1/2 hours.

price – all have full kitchens and baths. They will work with you
to put you in the accommodations that best fit your needs.
Area hotels:
Any hotel in Warrenton, MO is about 15-20 minutes from the
race site, and any hotel in Wenztville, MO is about 20-25 minutes from
the race site.

Race Day Parking
If you are coming to Innsbrook just for MiniMax, please be aware that
another race is being held the same day, from 8a-1:00p...please look
out for racers as you are driving on the Innsbrook roads, and be prepared
to stop at intersections that are part of the race course.
Option 1- There is parking in the grass field across from the Finish
Line (marked with a Parking banner). When that is full…
Option 2 – There is plenty of parking down the road from the
Race Site/Finish Line. Depending on your spot, you may have to walk
up to a half mile. Please plan to arrive early enough to walk to the
race site, in case you are in overflow parking lots.
Please be courteous to our parking volunteers. They are getting up very early for the express purpose of helping you have a great race – it is not their fault if you do not get your ideal parking spot.
Volunteers
If you are a proud parent who can watch, cheer AND help at the same time, we'd love to have you on the course. We will need a group of swim volunteers to stand in the water and watch/encourage the kids. We also need a few people to help direct the kids onto and through the run course, and a few people to help at the finish line with medals and food. If you're interested in volunteering, please make a note on the registration form.
